There was a minor upset when 9th ranked Limoges CSP Elite (9-10) was defeated on the road by eleventh ranked JL Bourg (10-10) 79-66 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was American swingman Jalen Jones (201-93, college: Texas A&M) who scored 17 points and 6 rebounds. Nigerian-American guard Rasheed Sulaimon (193-94, college: Maryland) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds. Cuban power forward Grismay Paumier (205-88) produced 13 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Demonte Harper (193-89, college: Morehead St.) added 15 points respectively for the guests. Limoges CSP Elite's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. JL Bourg moved-up to ninth place. Limoges CSP Elite lost fourth consecutive game. They dropped to the tenth position with ten games lost. They share it with Gravelines. JL Bourg will meet higher ranked Monaco (#3) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Limoges CSP Elite will play against SIG Strasbourg (#8) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
