Everything could happen in Prostejov at the game between two tied teams. Both third ranked Orli and one of their biggest challengers Slavoj had identical 3-3 record. This time Orli used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Litomerice 82-77 on Tuesday night. Orli outrebounded Slavoj 46-34 including 32 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Jakub Rytir (183-2003) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 32 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists and point guard Ondrej Komarek (174-2004) who added 18 points and 13 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side guard Ondrej Chlupsa (178) responded with a double-double by scoring 31 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists and Petr Krupka (180-2003) scored 18 points and 4 blocks. Slavoj's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Despite that victory Orli went down to fifth position (League) due to points difference. Loser Slavoj dropped to the sixth place with four games lost. Orli will meet Jizni Supi (#7) in the next round. Slavoj will play against Holice and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
