Leading M.Haifa (16-6) recorded its sixth loss at the home court. Hosts were edged by fourth ranked Ramla (14-8) 80-78. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of M.Haifa. Ramla players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. Americans were the main players on the court. Forward Emma Cannon (190-1989, college: FSC) nailed a double-double by scoring 21 points, 15 rebounds and 6 assists for the winning side and point guard Crystal Dangerfield (165-1998, college: UConn, agency: LBM Management) accounted for 17 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists. Center Krystal Vaughn (185-1986, college: VCU) came up with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and Bernice Mosby (186-1984, college: Baylor, agency: Interperformances) added 22 points and 11 rebounds respectively for M.Haifa in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Ramla have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 14-8 record. M.Haifa at the other side still keeps top position with six games lost. They share it with Rishon LZ. Ramla will play against league's leader Rishon LZ in Rishon Le-Zion in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
