Thirteenth defeat of league's leader Vaerlose against Copenhagen 92-78 was the most important game of the last round. Copenhagen made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Vaerlose turnovers and outrebounded them 43-28 including a 30-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Trinidad and Tobago swingman Zeke Moore (201-1997, college: SIUE, agency: Players Group) orchestrated the victory by scoring 32 points, 5 assists and 8 steals. American power forward Durell Vinson (202-1985, college: Wagner) contributed with 8 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Copenhagen's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Point guard Asbjorn Nerlov (196-1998) replied with 19 points and 6 rebounds and the former international guard Mikkel Hauge (193-1999, college: Seattle) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Vaerlose. Vaerlose will have a break next week, which should allow them to rest. Copenhagen will try to continue on its current victory against Amager in Kastrup.
