There was a small surprise in Lugo where eleventh ranked Bilbao (10-11) defeated 8th ranked Breogan (11-10) 94-86 on Saturday. Bilbao shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 58.3 percentage. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Bilbao made 8 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of French power forward Damien Inglis (204-1995) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 9 rebounds and American Andrew Goudelock (191-1988, college: Charleston) who added 24 points and 4 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was Bosnian swingman Dzanan Musa (205-1999, agency: BeoBasket) with 27 points and 4 assists and Austrian-Slovenian center Rasid Mahalbasic (210-1990, agency: BeoBasket) scored 18 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Breogan players scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Bilbao maintains eleventh position with 10-11 record.
