Regular Season Round 20: Hogsbo 2 - Aros 70-79

Everything went according to plan when second ranked Aros (15-4) defeated 10th ranked Hogsbo 2 (3-14) in Goteborg 79-70 on Sunday. Aros forced 20 Hogsbo 2 turnovers. The winners were led by guard Oskar Ekh (190-1999) who scored that evening 26 points and 5 rebounds and Salar Ibragim supported him with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Aros' coach used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 25 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists by Leo Zhu did not help to save the game for Hogsbo 2. Swingman Herman Kihlman (198-2004) added 14 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts. Four Hogsbo 2 players scored in double figures. Aros keep a position of league leader, which they share with KFUM Lidingo and Tureberg. Newly promoted Hogsbo 2 dropped to the eleventh place with 14 games lost. Aros will meet at home Eskilstuna (#4) in the next round. Hogsbo 2 will play against Hogland (#6) and hope to secure a win.
