The game between closely ranked teams ended with third ranked Jahn Muenchen's (13-4) home victory over 4th placed Akademie (6-9) 93-63 on Sunday. Jahn Muenchen dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Akademie's 28. It was a great evening for Benjamin Sadikovic (208-2003) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds. Dutch Alan De Vries (188-2005) helped adding 15 points and 7 rebounds. Five Jahn Muenchen players scored in double figures. Jahn Muenchen's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side Elijah Ndi (194-2004) responded with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 16 rebounds and Dutch Yulian Ramirez (205-2003) produced a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Jahn Muenchen. They moved-up to second place. Akademie lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the fourth position with nine games lost.
