There was a small surprise when sixth ranked Braunschweig (7-5) defeated at home 4th placed MBA (4-10) 84-75 on Sunday. It was a great evening for point guard Raphael Ejimofor (197-2003) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 41 points (!!!), 16 rebounds and 5 assists. Tevin Schnabel (193-2003) helped adding 15 points and 10 rebounds. At the losing side Elia De Almeida (194-2004) responded with 21 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Malcolm Neufert (185-2004) scored 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. MBA's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Braunschweig have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to third place, which they share with Jena. MBA lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fourth position with ten games lost. They share it with 3 other teams.
