Everything went according to plan when third ranked EnBW Ludwigsburg (19-7) won against at home 12th ranked Braunschweig (9-16) 90-72 on Sunday. EnBW Ludwigsburg forced 21 Braunschweig turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. It was a great evening for American guard Jonah Radebaugh (190-1997, college: N.Colorado) who led his team to a victory scoring 19 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. His fellow American import Justin Simon (196-1996, college: St.John's) helped adding 22 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Four EnBW Ludwigsburg players scored in double figures. EnBW Ludwigsburg's coach John Patrick used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Czech center Martin Peterka (205-1995) with 17 points and 6 rebounds and Canadian power forward Owen Klassen (208-1991, college: Acadia, agency: LUMANI 10.7) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for EnBW Ludwigsburg. They maintain third place with 19-7 record behind leader Bonn. Braunschweig lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the twelfth position with 16 games lost. They share it with Heidelberg. EnBW Ludwigsburg will meet league's leader Telekom Baskets in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Braunschweig will play against BG Goettingen (#7) and hope to secure a win.
