We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 10th ranked NH Ostrava (12-21) lost to eleventh ranked Olomoucko (9-24) in Prostejov 90-99. Olomoucko shot 60.6 percent from the field. Olomoucko outrebounded NH Ostrava 40-25 including a 30-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. Serbian power forward Sreten Knezevic (206-1994) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Croatian-American guard Nikolas Tomsick (183-1991, college: Fort Lewis) chipped in 19 points and 8 assists. At the losing side Bosnian Aleksandar Radukic (205-1991, agency: 011 Sports) responded with 27 points and 9 rebounds and American forward Issac Vann (198-1995, college: VCU) produced a double-double by scoring 17 points, 6 rebounds, 11 assists and 5 steals. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Olomoucko maintains eleventh place with 9-24 record. NH Ostrava lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 21 games lost. Olomoucko will play against bottom-ranked GBA Fio banka (#12) in J.Hradec in the next round. NH Ostrava will play at home against Decin and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
