Regular Season Round 28: Saint Vallier - Blois 65-80

Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked ADA Blois (17-11) defeated on the road 9th ranked Saint Vallier (13-15) 80-65 on Saturday. ADA Blois forced 19 Saint Vallier turnovers. It was a great shooting night for ADA Blois especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. The winners were led by American forward Tyren Johnson (201-1988, college: La-Lafayette) who scored that evening 20 points and 6 rebounds and Trinidad and Tobago swingman Zeke Moore (201-1997, college: SIUE, agency: Players Group) supported him with 16 points and 4 assists. Even 14 points and 5 rebounds by American forward Demond Watt (200-1989, college: TAMUCC) did not help to save the game for Saint Vallier. Spanish guard Marcos Suka-Umu (193-1985) added 11 points for lost side. ADA Blois moved-up to third place, which they share with Chalon. Newly promoted Saint Vallier keeps the ninth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Aix-Maurienne and ASA. ADA Blois will meet at home league's leader Saint Chamond in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Saint Vallier will play against Aix-Maurienne (#10) in Aix-les-Bains and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
