TBL top team - Manisa (21-5) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed ninth ranked Gemlik (11-15) in Bursa 88-63. Manisa players were unselfish on offense dishing 27 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Gemlik's players. Worth to mention a quality performance of forward Tunahan Dikmen (203-1994) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 7 rebounds and Ahmet Cantitiz (193-1992) who added 11 points and 5 assists during the contest. At the losing side American guard Darnell Edge (188-1997, college: FDU) responded with 19 points and center Baran Yurdusen (198-2004) scored 13 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Manisa have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 21-5 record. Gemlik at the other side keeps the ninth place with 15 games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Manisa will play against TED Ankara (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game.
