Quarter-Finals Round 3: Grodno - Impuls BGUIR 96-75

Grodno eased past Impuls BGUIR to advance into the semifinal stage. Grodno dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Impuls BGUIR's 26. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Impuls BGUIR's players. It was a good game for forward Maxim Liutych (203-1997) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 6 rebounds. Ukrainian point guard Maksim Miroshnichenko (182-1996, agency: BIG) contributed with 13 points and 8 assists for the winners. Four Grodno players scored in double figures. Grodno's coach Predrag Muszicki felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Genadziy Zahar (199-1992) answered with 18 points and 8 rebounds and the former international guard Siarhei Vabishchevich (191-1988) added 22 points in the effort for Impuls BGUIR.
