Finals Game 2: PeU-Basket - HyPo 94-81

Peu-Basket clinched Division B title. They beat HyPo to sweep the Finals. The game was mostly controlled by PeU-Basket. HyPo managed to win second period 26-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded HyPo 44-27 including a 32-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. American forward William Loyd (196-1998, college: Xavier, LA) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 32 points and 16 rebounds. Forward Patrik Poutiainen (196-2001) contributed with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. PeU-Basket's coach Jussi Savolainen used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Pyry Hinkkanen (182-1997) replied with 29 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and power forward Toni Honka (193-1984) added 20 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for HyPo.
