BSL top team - Fenerbahce (23-6) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eleventh ranked Turk Telekom (12-16) in Istanbul 92-63. Fenerbahce forced 24 Turk Telekom turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 30 assists comparing to just 15 passes made by Turk Telekom's players. It was a quality performance for American center Devin Booker (205-1991, college: Clemson) who led the winners and scored 13 points and 4 assists. Jordanian center Ahmad Al-Dwairi (209-1993) accounted for 13 points for the winning side. American JaJuan Johnson (208-1989, college: Purdue) came up with 16 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import center Octavius Ellis (208-1993, college: Cincinnati, agency: Network Sports International) added 8 points and 9 rebounds respectively for Turk Telekom in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Fenerbahce maintains first place with 23-6 record. Turk Telekom at the other side keeps the eleventh position with 16 games lost. Fenerbahce will play against Buyukcekmece (#12) on the road in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Turk Telekom will play against Bursaspor and hopes to get back on the winning track.
