Kauhajoki stormed past Seagulls to advance into Finals. The game without a history. Kauhajoki led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 62.0 percent from the field. Kauhajoki forced 20 Seagulls turnovers. They shot the lights out from three sinking 20 long-distance shots on high 62.5 percentage. Kauhajoki looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Seagulls' players. American players dominated the game. Swingman Rene Rougeau (198-1986, college: UNLV, agency: Blacktop Management) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Cameron Jones (193-1989, college: NAU, agency: BIG) contributed with 23 points (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. Jones is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Kauhajoki's coach Janne Koskimies felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Zaccheus Darko-Kelly (198-1997, college: Providence, MT) answered with 15 points and guard Seth Allen (185-1994, college: Virginia Tech) added 17 points in the effort for Seagulls. Five Seagulls players scored in double figures.
