Levice claimed Nike SBL title. They beat Lucenec to earn the trophy. The game was mostly controlled by Levice. Lucenec managed to win fourth quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Levice looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. International point guard Simon Krajcovic (187-1994, college: LMU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 assists. The former international center Boris Bojanovsky (217-1993, college: FSU) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. American guard Desure Buie (185-97, college: Hofstra) answered with 17 points and 9 assists and the other American import guard Kyle Castlin (193-1996, college: Xavier) added 18 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Lucenec. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures.
