Finals Game 2: Tindastoll - Valur 91-75

Tindastoll rallied past Valur to even the championship series at 1-1. The game was mostly controlled by Tindastoll. Valur managed to win third quarter 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tindastoll looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Irish-British forward Taiwo Badmus (201-1993, college: UVA Wise) scored 22 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and the former international guard Petur Birgisson (186-1996) chipped in 9 points, 6 rebounds and 11 assists during the contest. Four Tindastoll players scored in double figures. The former international guard Kari Jonsson (192-1997, college: Drexel) responded with 14 points and 5 assists and American forward Jacob Calloway (202-1996, college: SUU, agency: MSG) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
