Kangoeroes stormed past Leuven Bears on the road to even the series at 1-1. Kangoeroes dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Leuven Bears' 24. They outrebounded Leuven Bears 36-24 including 29 on the defensive glass. Center Mattias Palinckx (202-1997) orchestrated the victory by scoring 23 points (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). American guard Myles Stephens (196-1997, college: Princeton) contributed with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Kangoeroes' coach Kristof Michiels felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. American forward Solomon Young (203-1998, college: Iowa St.) replied with 6 points and 7 rebounds and his fellow American import forward Nick McGlynn (206-1996, college: Drake) added 4 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Leuven Bears.
