Semi-Finals Game 1: Monaco - Pau-Lacq-Orthez 94-65

Monaco eased past Pau-Lacq-Orthez to take 1-0 lead in the series. Monaco dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Pau-Lacq-Orthez's 32. They outrebounded Pau-Lacq-Orthez 33-19 including a 25-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. International guard Yakuba Ouattara (192-1992, agency: BeoBasket) stepped up and scored 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winners and Guinean-American forward Alpha Diallo (201-1997, college: Providence) chipped in 10 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Monaco players scored in double figures. At the losing side American point guard Brandon Jefferson (175-1991, college: MSU Denver) responded with 15 points and Slovenian Gregor Hrovat (196-1994, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 13 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
