Hapoel Holon fired past Bnei Herzeliya on the road in the Finals opener. Hapoel Holon looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Liberian point guard Joe Ragland (182-1989, college: Wichita St.) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 6 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals. American Tyrus McGee (188-1991, college: Iowa St., agency: Alti Sport) contributed with 23 points for the winners. American power forward Chinanu Onuaku (207-1996, college: Louisville, agency: MSG) answered with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 20 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import Chris Babb (196-1990, college: Iowa St.) added 12 points and 4 assists in the effort for Bnei Hasharon. Four Bnei Hasharon players scored in double figures.
