Cibona clinched Premijer League title. They overcame Zadar in the decisive fifth game of the championship series to conquer the trophy. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Zadar won third quarter 12-8. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was international power forward Roko Prkacin (206-2002, agency: AltusBasket) who scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international swingman Toni Nakic (201-1999, agency: BeoBasket) chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds. Cibona's coach Gasper Okorn used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. American center Trevor Thompson (210-1994, college: Ohio St.) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds and the other American import swingman Justin Carter (193-1987, college: Creighton, agency: Alti Sport) added 8 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for the guests.
