Finals Game 4: Milano - Virtus BO 77-62

Milano stepped closer to the title. They overcame Virtus Bologna to open 3-1 advantage in the Finals. Virtus BO was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Milano dominated on the defensive end, holding Virtus BO to just 7 points in fourth quarter. Strangely Virtus BO outrebounded Milano 33-19 including 25 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Danish forward Shavon Shields (201-1994, college: Nebraska) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 4 assists and American swingman Devon Hall (196-1995, college: Virginia, agency: Octagon Europe) who added 14 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Milano players scored in double figures. At the losing side Georgian Tornike Shengelia (206-1991) responded with 21 points and French center Mouhammadou Jaiteh (211-1994) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds (perfect from the field making all six shots). Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
