Finals Game 6: Milano - Virtus BO 81-64

Milano claimed Serie A title. They held off Virtus Bologna in the sixth game of the championship series to lift the trophy. It marked the first Serie A triumph since 2017-18 season for Milano. The game was mostly controlled by Milano. Virtus BO managed to win second period 20-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Milano dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Virtus BO's 20. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. The former international forward Luigi Datome (203-1987) scored 23 points to lead the charge for the winners and Spanish guard Sergio Rodriguez (191-1986) chipped in 12 points, 8 assists and 4 steals during the contest. The best for the losing side was naturalized Bosnian Amar Alibegovic (206-1995, college: St.John's) with 11 points and 5 rebounds and French center Mouhammadou Jaiteh (211-1994) scored 9 points and 7 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
