Regular Season Round 2: Sojky P. - Loko Plzen 65-90

There was a surprise result when Loko Plzen crushed on the road Sojky P. 90-65 on Sunday. Loko Plzen made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. Center Karel Ausprunk (202-1994) notched 18 points and 6 rebounds to lead the effort and forward Martin David (195-1997) supported him with 13 points and 8 assists. Four Loko Plzen players scored in double figures. Even 17 points by Swedish guard Viktor Lukic-Gavric (188-2004) did not help to save the game for Sojky P.. Forward Ladislav Novak (198-2004) added 7 points for the hosts. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Loko Plzen will meet at home SP Basket in the next round. Sojky P. will play against GBA Lions in Jindrichuv Hradec and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
