Regular Season Round 3: Vic - Almozara 84-49

Very predictable result when Vic (3-0) outscored at home Almozara (0-3) 84-49 on Saturday. Vic dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Almozara's 18. Vic forced 21 Almozara turnovers and outrebounded them 44-32 including 33 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for forward Jofre Canal (195-2000) who led his team to a victory scoring 14 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Jordi Iglesias (180-1997) helped adding 11 points and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was Jorge Bermudez (187-1997) with 20 points and center Victor Alijarde (200-1997) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Vic will meet Sol Girones (#6) in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. Almozara will play against Agora Portals (#12) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
