Andorra delivered the third consecutive win on Saturday night. This time they crushed Albacete (1-2) 93-63. Andorra shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 29 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Albacete's players. The best player for the winners was Swedish-American swingman Chris Czerapowicz (201-1991, college: Davidson, agency: BIG) who scored 21 points and 6 rebounds. Croatian center Marin Maric (211-1994, college: DePaul, agency: BIG) chipped in 20 points. Five Andorra players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Gerard Blat (185-1997) who recorded 15 points and swingman Victor Ruiz (200-1995, college: Academy of Art, agency: Promo Sport ID) added 10 points respectively. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Andorra is looking forward to face Caceres (#15) at home in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Albacete will play against Gipuzkoa (#16) in San Sebastian and is hoping to prove to their supporters that this time they can win.
