But Yalovaspor was not able to use a home court advantage and was edged by the opponent from Ankara 77-75 on Sunday night. American center Brandon Walters (208-1995, college: MTSU) notched 25 points and 7 rebounds to lead the effort and the other American import point guard Ricky Tarrant (188-1993, college: Memphis) supported him with 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. Even 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by point guard Kadir Bayram (185-1996) did not help to save the game for Yalovaspor. American center Jamuni McNeace (208-1996, college: Oklahoma) added 6 points and 8 rebounds for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. TED Ankara will meet at home Haremspor in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Yalovaspor will play against Mamak and hope to win that game.
