There was a minor upset when higher ranked Muenster (2-2) was defeated at home by twelfth ranked Lions (2-2) 85-73 on Saturday. Lions made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Muenster turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian power forward Darko Bajo (205-1999, agency: BeoBasket) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and American point guard Lovell Cabbil (188-1997, college: Liberty) who added 18 points during the contest. Cabbil is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Lions players scored in double figures. At the losing side the former international center Andreas Seiferth (209-1989, agency: LUMANI 10.7) responded with 9 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Jasper Guenther (181-1999) scored 17 points. Muenster's coach Bjoern Harmsen rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Lions moved-up to seventh place, which they share with 5 other teams including defeated Muenster.
