Very expected game when 8th ranked Chomutov (1-6) was smashed on the road by third ranked Loko Plzen (6-1) 99-52 on Sunday. Loko Plzen outrebounded Chomutov 49-32 including a 35-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Chomutov's players. The winners were led by forward Jaroslav Lejsek (198-1990) who scored that evening 24 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and forward Jakub Kojzar (200-2004) supported him with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Even 16 points and 8 rebounds by forward Norbert Martisek (194-1999) did not help to save the game for Chomutov. Forward Nestor Boyko (193-1999) added 11 points and 7 rebounds for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Loko Plzen have an impressive six-game winning streak.
