Regular Season Round 2: PEAC-Pecs - E.Ramla 78-58

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Israeli E.Ramla on the court of Hungarian PEAC-Pecs on Wednesday night. Visitors were rolled over by PEAC-Pecs 78-58. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American players dominated the game. Guard Cassidie Burdick (188) notched a double-double by scoring 12 points, 21 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and guard Sierra Calhoun (183, college: Rutgers) supported her with 22 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds by Bernice Mosby (186-1984, college: Baylor) did not help to save the game for E.Ramla. Forward Shakira Austin (196-1999, college: Ole Miss, agency: LBM Management) added 14 points and 8 rebounds for the guests. Five PEAC-Pecs and four E.Ramla players scored in double figures. PEAC-Pecs will meet Hatay on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. E.Ramla will play against Beroe in Stara Zagora and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
