Regular Season Round 8: Cholet - Pau-Lacq-Orthez 87-51

ProA U21 top team - Cholet (7-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Pau-Lacq-Orthez (5-3) 87-51. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Pau-Lacq-Orthez. Cholet made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 25 Pau-Lacq-Orthez turnovers and outrebounded them 43-25 including a 31-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Cholet players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Pau-Lacq-Orthez's players. The winners were led by guard Adrien Pereira (186-2004) who scored that evening 16 points and 5 assists and point guard Matheo Leray (190-2003) supported him with 10 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals. Five Cholet players scored in double figures. Even 13 points and 6 rebounds by Rene Louis-Therese (203-2004) did not help to save the game for Pau-Lacq-Orthez.
