Not a big story in a game when 6th ranked Opava (2-5) was outscored at home by second ranked Tygri Brno (8-1) 78-53 on Sunday. Guard Adam Lukes (191-2004) nailed a double-double by scoring 25 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side and power forward Igor Svoboda (202-2004) accounted for 15 points and 16 rebounds. Guard Jachym Henzl (187-2005) came up with 11 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and Vojtech Kadanka (181-2005) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Opava in the defeat. Opava's coach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. The victory was the third consecutive win for Tygri Brno. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with GBA Lions and Pelhrimov. Loser Opava dropped to the fifth place with five games lost. They share the position with NH Ostrava.
