There was no surprise when 11th ranked Bensheim (4-7) was outleveled on the road by second ranked TV Langen (9-3) 88-69 on Saturday. TV Langen made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. They also forced 29 Bensheim turnovers. It was an exceptional evening for Risto Vasiljevic (195-2001) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 5 rebounds. Guard Michael Fuss (188-1995) accounted for 18 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side. Four TV Langen players scored in double figures. TV Langen's coach used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
