Very predictable result when second ranked Cholet (8-2) rolled over at home 16th ranked Gravelines (3-9) 97-72 on Saturday. They outrebounded Gravelines 46-28 including a 33-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Cholet looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Point guard Matheo Leray (190-2003) notched a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds and 9 assists to lead the effort and Matteo Bordes (197-2004) supported him with 21 points and 5 rebounds. Cholet's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Even 22 points and 9 rebounds by Zati Loubaki (200-2004) did not help to save the game for Gravelines. Hugo Boumpoutou (195-2004) added 14 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with ASVEL and Roanne.
