Very important is a road loss of third ranked Mannheim (8-4) against fourth ranked Fellbach (8-4) on Saturday night. Visiting Mannheim was crushed by Fellbach in Fellbach 95-76. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of center Andreas Kronhardt (205-1989) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 7 rebounds and guard Lars Berger (194-1996) who added 18 points during the contest. Fellbach's coach allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was naturalized Russian Albert Kuppe (200-1988) with 24 points and 6 rebounds and swingman Alexander Kuhn (198-1992) scored 13 points and 9 rebounds.
