Regular Season Round 14: Pelhrimov - Tygri Brno 59-67

The most crucial game of the last round was another loss of Pelhrimov (11-3) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by Tygri Brno (11-3) 67-59. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Tygri Brno dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Pelhrimov's 28. Tygri Brno forced 20 Pelhrimov turnovers. Strangely Pelhrimov outrebounded Tygri Brno 41-26 including 26 on the defensive glass. Guard Lukas Olbort (189-2004) scored 21 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Igor Svoboda (202-2004) chipped in 18 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) during the contest.
