Very important is a home loss of third ranked Kyiv Basket (8-3) against fourth ranked Dnipro (8-4) on Sunday night. Host Kyiv Basket was crushed by Dnipro in Kyiv 87-68. The game without a history. Dnipro led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dnipro have an impressive eight-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 8-4 record. Loser Kyiv Basket keeps the third place with three games lost. Dnipro will meet Stariy Lutsk (#7) on the road in the next round. Kyiv Basket will play against the league's second-placed BIPA O.
