The game between Top Four teams took place in Bucuresti. Their close opponent host Dinamo B. (7-5) lost to second ranked Oradea (10-1) 88-74. The game was mostly controlled by Oradea. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Oradea have an impressive series of nine victories in a row. They maintain second place with 10-1 record having just one point less than leader Cluj Napoca which they share with defeated Dinamo B. Loser Dinamo B. keeps the second position with five games lost. They share it with Craiova. Oradea will meet at home Steaua B. (#6) in the next round. Dinamo B. will play against Voluntari (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
