Regular Season Round 19: Decin - USK Praha 85-77

Not a big story in a game when 9th ranked USK Praha (6-11) lost on the road to third ranked Decin (13-6) 85-77. USK Praha was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a great evening for American guard Ty Nichols (190-1996, college: Keene St.) who led his team to a victory scoring 34 points (!!!). Forward Matej Svoboda (200-1996, college: Dayton) helped adding 15 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Decin players scored in double figures. At the losing side American guard PJ Pipes (188-1999, college: Santa Clara, agency: BeoBasket) responded with 27 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import guard Mike Okauru (190-1999, college: UNCW) scored 22 points. USK Praha's coach Francesco Tabellini tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Decin moved-up to second place, which they share with Nymburk. USK Praha lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the ninth position with 11 games lost. Decin will play against league's leader Brno on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. USK Praha will play against the league's second-placed Nymburk (#2) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
