The most exciting game was a derby match between two local teams from Sofia: Levski 2 (#8) and Polytechnica (#6). Levski 2 (5-10) crushed visiting Polytechnica (7-7) by 24 points 84-60. Levski 2 dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Polytechnica's 28. They outrebounded Polytechnica 47-36 including 35 on the defensive glass. Levski 2 looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Four Polytechnica players scored in double figures. Despite that victory Levski 2 went down to ninth position due to points difference. Polytechnica at the other side keeps the sixth place with seven games lost. Levski 2 will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Polytechnica will play on the road against the league's second-placed Sportist Svoge (#2) and will have a slim chance for a victory.
