Very expected game in Madrid where 14th ranked SBA (1-13) was rolled over by ninth ranked Getafe (7-6) 89-69 on Wednesday. Worth to mention a great performance of Argentinian swingman Joaquin Sanchez (188-1998) who helped to win the game recording 19 points and 4 steals and Jaime Rubio who added 17 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four Getafe players scored in double figures. Getafe's coach used an eleven-player rotation saving starting five for next games. At the losing side guard Victor Fernandez (190-1998) responded with 23 points and 8 rebounds and Pablo Lopez (195-1997) scored 19 points and 7 rebounds. Getafe moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Oh!Tels ULB. SBA lost seventh consecutive game. SBA at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fourteenth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Boadilla. Getafe will meet higher ranked Alcala (#4) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. SBA's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Madrid Real Madrid 2.
