Rather predictable result when third ranked Brno 2 (14-4) beat at home 5th ranked Opava 2010 (10-8) 68-61 on Sunday. They outrebounded Opava 2010 52-33 including a 21-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great evening for forward Michal Sulc (195-1999) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. Guard Petr Krivanek (185-2003) helped adding 10 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. Brno 2's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side forward Krystof Kavan (197-2002) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and swingman Adam Robenek (199-2000) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Brno 2. They moved-up to second place. Loser Opava 2010 keeps the fifth position with eight games lost.
