Not a big story in a game in Sofia where 10th ranked Cherno More (5-10) was rolled over by third ranked Levski (9-6) 80-61 on Monday. Levski forced 20 Cherno More turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists. The best player for the winners was American-Haitian center John Florveus (211-1990, college: Georgia, agency: BIG) who had a double-double by scoring 20 points and 13 rebounds. Nikolay Mihaylov (204-2000, agency: BIG) chipped in 11 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists and 8 steals. Four Levski players scored in double figures. Nigerian forward Avery Ugba (203-1994, college: Austin Peay, agency: BIG) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points and 12 rebounds and swingman Mihail Moldov (195-2001, agency: BIG) added 9 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Levski maintains third place with 9-6 record having ten points less than leader Rilski. Cherno More lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the ninth position with ten games lost. Levski will meet Beroe (#6) in the next round. Cherno More will play against the league's second-placed Balkan and hope to secure a win.
