The game between closely ranked teams ended with 14th ranked Neptunas-Akv.'s (5-25) home loss to thirteenth ranked Vilkaviskis (11-19) 68-99 on Thursday. Vilkaviskis made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Vilkaviskis outrebounded Neptunas-Akv. 39-20 including 24 on the defensive glass.
