Regular Season Round 18: KFUM Lidingo - Jamtland 2 80-49

The game had a very big importance for second-ranked KFUM Lidingo as it allowed them to take a leadership position. KFUM Lidingo smashed 8th ranked Jamtland 2 at home 80-49. KFUM Lidingo forced 29 Jamtland 2 turnovers. It was a good game for forward Alexandar Petrovic (197-1993) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Oskar Granat (185-1994) contributed with 10 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. KFUM Lidingo's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Mustafa Hamid replied with 20 points and 5 rebounds and Yoel Weldegergis added 5 points and 10 rebounds in the effort for Jamtland 2. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Hogsbo 2. Jamtland 2 lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth place with ten games lost. Jamtland 2 will play next round against Alvik trying to get back on the winning streak. KFUM Lidingo will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game.
