There was a minor upset when 7th ranked Lorient (13-12) lost on the road to tenth ranked Tours (10-15) 88-79 on Tuesday. Tours looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American swingman Scott Suggs (197-1989, college: Washington) nailed 23 points for the winning side and swingman Pierre-Etienne Drouault (196-1990) accounted for 16 points and 8 assists. Kevin Mondesir (204-1991) came up with 22 points and 5 rebounds and naturalized Guinean forward Abdoulaye Sy (201-1995) added 14 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Lorient in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Lorient's coach tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Tours maintains tenth place with 10-15 record, which they share with Feurs CTC and Boulogne. Lorient lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 12 games lost.
