There was no surprise when 11th ranked Limburg (7-14) was outleveled on the road by fifth ranked Ulm BBU 01 (13-9) 111-83 on Saturday. Ulm BBU 01 looked well-organized offensively handing out 28 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Limburg's players. Latrell Grosskopf (200-2001) notched 22 points and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and Lenny Liedtke (198-2004) supported him with 19 points and 12 rebounds. Ulm BBU 01's coach felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 24 points and 6 rebounds by Canadian point guard Sean Stoqua (180) did not help to save the game for Limburg. American-Italian center Brandon Cataldo (213-1991, college: Portland St.) added 20 points and 10 rebounds for lost side. Five Ulm BBU 01 and four Limburg players scored in double figures. Ulm BBU 01 have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain fifth position with 13-9 record. Limburg lost third consecutive game. They keep the eleventh place with 14 games lost. They share the position with BG TVO / Jahn and Bensheim.
