Rather predictable result when tenth ranked Rytas 2 (15-20) won against on the road 12th ranked Kretinga (13-22) 97-79. They outrebounded Kretinga 43-32 including 29 on the defensive glass. Rytas 2 players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. They brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. Greek Andreas Kalogiros (198-2002) scored 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and center Lukas Valantinas (206-2001) chipped in 21 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Five Rytas 2 players scored in double figures. Rytas 2's coach Andrius Slezas allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side point guard Edgaras Danys (186-2000) responded with 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Ukrainian swingman Maksym Lutsenko (188-1993, agency: BIG) scored 21 points. Rytas 2 moved-up to ninth place. Kretinga at the other side keeps the twelfth position with 22 games lost. They share it with Palanga.
