An interesting game for Decin (18-10) which played road game in Pardubice against 4th ranked Pardubice (16-11). Third ranked Decin managed to get a 14-point victory 84-70. Decin made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. American point guard AJ Walton (184-1990, college: Baylor, agency: Diamond Sports) notched a triple-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds, 12 assists and 5 steals to lead the effort and the other American import guard Ty Nichols (190-1996, college: Keene St., agency: Diamond Sports) supported him with 17 points and 5 assists. Even 17 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists by the former international point guard Tomas Vyoral (192-1992, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Pardubice. The former international forward Jan Sterba (197-1995) added 13 points and 10 rebounds. Four Pardubice players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Decin maintains third position with 18-10 record having just four point less than leader Brno. Loser Pardubice dropped to the fifth place with 11 games lost. Decin will meet at home Opava (#6) in the next round. Pardubice will play against the league's second-placed Nymburk and hope to secure a win.
